Got this camera just before my holiday. Took it and a video camera. Did not use the video camera. Took great stills and video. For all situations upgrade memory card. easy to use,l great pictures and video (incl sound). Fits well in shirt pocket so no carting around a bag with bits in. Highly recommended

Got mine as an xmas gift as we were expecting our son at the time. rarely took photo's before but thought we would take loads once the baby was born, which we have.
Love it. easy to use. lots of nice easy functions to takes more creative photo's if you fancy.
Rating: - Brilliant compact camera
The Canon Ixus 75 is incredible for its tiny size, with a number of fantastic shooting modes, such as manual, auto, macro, colour accent, fireworks, kids & pets, and many more. The 3" screen is fantastic, and more than makes up for the fact that there is no viewfinder. The colours are brilliant, and the 12x digital zoom works fantastically outside. For its size and price, this camera is fantastic.

I bought this camera 2 months ago and I still cant believe how good it is. The best money I have ever spent on an electronic product. It is compact, lightweight, has a very fast start up time and takes superb photos. You can have it up and running within 2 minutes of opening the box and it is has a very intuitive user interface. LISTEN! the only reason i am rating this camera 1 star is to get the attention of people who are pessimistic and want to know the downsides of a camera.
I know a lot about cameras and this is truely brilliant! i know my review wont impact the score on this camera because over 50 people have voted it 5/5.
trust me this camera is magnificant. so many subtle yet beautiful features. Even the feel is nice, its made out of metal and plastic in perfect quantities.
